Website Content Is Informational

Service pages, price ranges, and articles are general guidance for property teams. They are not a geotechnical report, structural opinion, building-code certification, or a firm quote. Final scope depends on leak-path diagnosis, substrate condition, drainage, access, and site constraints. Do not disrupt the site, submit false project details, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Waterproofing Quotes

When you request a quote, you agree to provide accurate contact details and a useful description of the water entry problem. Online or phone figures are preliminary. On-site review usually determines whether the work is exterior excavation, interior drainage, injection, garage coating, pit repair, drainage correction, or sealant replacement — and what concrete prep or restoration is required. We confirm non-emergency scope and pricing in writing before crews start whenever practical.

Active leaks that threaten operations, finishes, or safety may need immediate water control. For those calls we explain dispatch or call-out costs before sending a crew when we can reach you, then document temporary measures and the permanent repair plan.

Access, Phasing, and Weather

Waterproofing schedules depend on building access, tenant or parking closures, elevator contractor coordination, cure times for coatings and membranes, material lead times, and weather that affects excavation or outdoor membrane work. Dates may shift when the site is not ready, a utility locate is delayed, or conditions are unsafe. You agree to give reasonable access, staging or parking information, and accurate notes about active leaks, mechanical rooms, or after-hours requirements.

Invoices and Payment

Payment terms appear on your quote, invoice, or account agreement. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, balances are due as invoiced. Property-management and GC accounts may have approved credit terms. Unpaid balances may delay remaining work or warranty follow-up until the account is current, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.

Membranes, Materials, and Workmanship

Manufacturer warranties on membranes, coatings, sealants, drainage products, pumps, and related materials follow the manufacturer's published terms. Our workmanship warranty, when offered, is stated on the project paperwork for that scope. Warranties typically exclude damage from impact, misuse, vandalism, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or conditions outside normal commercial use. If a completed waterproofing assembly is not performing as described, contact us so we can inspect it.
